Beautiful luminous work, with strong contrast, from painter Louis Bonamici who represents an animated view of fishermen from a chapel by the sea in Corsica.

A fan of knife painting, Louis Bonamici strives to render the warm colors of Provence through scenes of sports and everyday life. His works are made in a harmony of bright colors, his paint serif giving relief to his works, forcing visitors to take a step back to contemplate them.
He was appointed official painter of the Navy in 1921.

Dimensions : 60 x 73 cm without frame and 85 x 97 cm with its Louis XV style gilded wooden frame.
